I can pass a drug test. can you? can the sworn "officers of the court"?- judges? lawyers, prosecutors, elected politicians. cops?
My main issue is to make a metropolitan sheriff department- county wide- which will limit redundancyof administrative staff. I support opening the sheriffs adams center road firing range to the public, for civilian use, and firearms marksmenship/safety handlng/ storage , and applicable laws. I will put a moratorium on sheriff sales- due to recent wall street mortgage market legal paperwork processing problems.
And i will investigage political corruption charges regarding cherrymasters- which i noted in 1995 running for FTW city council. the governor pulled the plugs in 2005, but never investigated further- its not the crime- its the cover up- what did they know, and when did they know it? either they are all ignorant- didnt even know about it( not possible. Or they were incompetent( quite likely)- didnt know how to investigate properly)- or they are crooked- paid of /bribed to turn a blind eye to what was going on.
not to mention tax evasion( al capone) of all the operators, distributors, and the illegal cash flows into the system.
Ther is sufficient reasonable suspicion, and probable cause to convene a grand jury investigation, and to indict most of the legal system, criminal justice system, and political system in allen county, since at least 1995.
THIS INCLUDES THE PROCEDURAL ILEGALITIES OF THE CITY CONTROLLERS OFFICES, VICE AND NARCOTICS, AND THE PUBLIC SAFETY, LEGAL PROSECUTORS, OFFICES, AND SHERIFFS AND MAYORS SINCE AT LEAST 1995- POLICE CIEFS INCLUDED.

My campaign blogspot- is a virtual listening tour to see what you want me to do as your sheriff. The current incumbent has no social media to hear you.
Tea party'ers, and conservatives talk about less government, and more freedom. so why dont they support legalizing recreational use of Marijuana, and other relatively harmless intoxicants, and aphrodisiacs, steroids, or HGH?
And declare drug testing for weekend/ off work drug use testing unconstitutional, according to search and seizure laws?
ALCOHOL IS A DRUG, PEOPLE, AND THERES LOTS OF DRUNKS IN FORT WAYNE.
Do the math- add up all the liquor store chains, supermarkets, corner pahrmacys, cinveneince stores that sell beer, wine, and liquor. ask the local excise, or department of revenue how much sales /excise tax the state makes from drug( alchohol) pushers.
Think about how much taxpayer money is wasted playing catch and release, and fine, and rehab, and lock up non-violent stoners, social drinkers, minor traffic law violaters, who for the most part are responsible, working tax paying workers, business owners, and so on.
OWI should be a civil infraction. why ruin a persons life for doing something legal- going to a state licensed drinking establishment, partying safely, and responsibly, and then being busted by the cops ( mostly city) for any trivial ticket they can right, or even make up? for instance- its a weekend nithg, after 9pm- reasonable suspicion that your out probably because you and your friends fit the profile of citizens who are out breaking laws, by social drinking.
think how much money could go towrds the state education system, instead of wasting cops time that should be better spent arresting dangerous, violent felons, and career criminals, and serving warrants on same.
If you want a sheriff who will prosecute, and investigate white collar criminals who prey on the poor, through mortgage rip-offs, and other wall- street schemes, and scams; and keep main street safe to party;

fact check, please- you people are totally wrong. you neglected to check your archives/dossier about David roach, or even my on-line information, which is readily available. so is that defamation, libel with malice( your own newspapers contradict itself), or journalistic malpractice. whatever- you people have even less credibility than me. see- i even have a sense of irony, and humor..
hmmm. according to the indiana state constitution, a sheriff doesnt have to be a cop. I am a military veteran, which the current sheriff isnt. I have experience standing security patrols, and watches on board a US aircraft carrier. One of those duties is to maintain security because Navy ships may, or may not carry nuclear weapons.
and actually, veterans are supposed to have preference in hiring for cops according to state law. ( you go look it up- its there...trust me)

I can drive a high performance car, and shoot many different firearms.
but the job of sheriff is mostly clerical, and administrative. computers, papers, pencils, desk. processing paperwork.
I'm sure the current sheriff would much rather be in the field, where things are more exciting.
besides, the democrats couldnt pull a candidate out of their hat, so its sour grapes for them.
I will use the office as a soap box for legalizing the recreational use of mairjuana, like prop 19 in california.
I will use the office to freeze sheriff sales, until the wall street mortgage bankers get their apperwork right, before i will auction off a property, that may not be in order, legally speaking.
I will investigae political/ and police corruption regarging the cherymasterr ackets that i exposed in the JG in april 1995, to which no politician, or cop has gone to jail, for failing to do their job.
Its not the crime, its the cover-up. what did the cops, etc, know, and when did they know it, and why did they fail to do their jobs, uphold the laws, as required by oath of office? either they are all ignorant, incompetent, or crooked, but there is substantial reasonable suspicion, probable cause, circumstantial evidence, and hard evidence- witnesses, paper trail, media reports, etc to convene a grand jury and bring indictments against all cops, judges, politicians, prosecutors, etc since at least 1995, ifnot before.
which brings me to my 3rd item- which is to put the crooked, corrupt city PD out of business, by pushing , in my usual method for a METRO SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, such as in INDY, and many other METRO pd's across the nation. here is redundant command staff, top heavy with administrative sworn cops that should be on the street, but if they had to do a foot chase, they would likely die from cardiac arest, due to flab.
regardless, we are paying too much for so-called public safety and clogging the courts with non-violent stoners, social drinkers, and other minor offenders, while there are over 6500 warrants out fricking standing ., and truly dangerous career criminals and violent felons running loose.
so the cops have nothing bettee to do than get massages from old asian women, and arrest cockfighters. ( playing with your food? looser meets col. sanders in a blood sport death amtch. according to PETA, they likely live and die better than a (mike? lol ) chicken. BBQ, broiled, or fried?
dont we have a drug houseordinance which is for illegal drugs houses, gamblng, and prostitution? why not use it? or delete it. whatever.
