  • David Christopher Roach IS THIS LEGAL? Im Certain that driving a take-home police car to any campaign events; or forums; or anything that is not official police business- ISNOT ALLOWED. As The law reads- Im Certain that Police Officers as Candidates SHALLDRIVE THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLES- not Publicly owned Police cars to campaign events of any kind.. AND-the reason Im questioning Campaign literature with a Uniformed Photo; is a few years back, congresswoman Jill Long got in trouble for appearing in a campaign commercoial; Literature with a couple of uniformed Police Officers; on e of whom I think I recall was a County Deputy of some kind.. anyway- Please treat this as a potential Election Campaign Law violation... AND- Please send a friendly reminder note to DEPUTY SHERIFF GLADIEUX- so He is aware of the restrictions of using Public owned take-home Police cars to any official campaign event.. thank you. https://www.facebook.com/Gladieux.for.Sheriff

Shooting the "sheriff" off his horse( figuratively speaking, of course..) wouldnt want you breaking any laws by driving a take home cop car; owned by the public to any campaign events.. As If the Local sheriff has any REAL HORSES  any more.. lol!  We had a nice talk a few years ago- I "Grilled you/peppered you with some questions, and i think your a nice enough guy..
but as a "notorious local outlaw"( in the western movie sense..)- and of course Candidate- well- its my job to annoy you for a while. Its all in fun, I got no beef with you sheriff.. just so you know- were both on the same side- vs the "REAL outlaws" ( and i dont mean the motorcycle gang either, for the record..
