WHY NO MONEY FOR THE COUNTY POLICE?

David Legalize Marijuajuana Roach and yet- the county council has no money for the SHERIFFS DEPT- for 9 more guards for the jail- to keep both themselves safe from inmate assaults; or possible future inmate assaults; or to maybe prevent inmate suicides?
AND- not to mention negligent funding resources to operate a properly staffed, equipped, UNION- WAGE AND BENEFITS CONTRAcTS PAID( JAIL GUARDS, PBA, AND FOP)-for their PATROL OFFICERS, AND CIVIL STAFF.- ALWAYS UNDERFUNDED, UNDERSTAFFED, BARE-BONES PUBLIC SAFETY OPERATION- I CALL THAT A CLUSTER -FLOP. - well-0 not flop..- YOU KNOW THE WORD- anyway- the county commissioners and the county council- BOTH TEA PARTY REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED- have been neglecting the public safety of county and city residents for far too long- dont let the SHERIFF- KEN FRIES- evade any respolsibility for the record 45 murders in fort wayne- which last time i checked- was part of the county; AND- the nearly botched aliyhana lemmon murder- imagine- cops sitting in the kitchen , right next to a freezer chest with a dead body / parts in it- and not asking to be alowed to take a good look around? and checking the freezer?- ?- AND- the MOSS-FRIES TRAFFIC FLAP.
- AND- DEPUTY GLADIEUX'S ALCOHOL FUELED FUND RAISERS- just months after a INDY METRO COP- WAS CONVICTED FOR ALCOHOL OFFENSES?
-AND- WHO BUYS THE GAS /FUEL FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY GOVTS? DO WE BUY ANY OF IT FROM gladieux refinery? and why not investigate price fixing, monoploy collusion, conspiracy in the gasoline ;oil industry- the price of gas is too darn high- drill baby drill was supposed to give us all 2 buck gallon gas?- 
AND - SHERIFF DEPT FUNDRAISING FOR A PRIVATE FUNDED REDUNDANT SHERIFFS GUN CLUB/SPORTS CAR COURSE- ON ADAMS CENTER ROAD- 
WHICH BRINGS THIS FULLCIRCLE- ADAMS CENTER ROAD- ACCESS TO THE NEW JAIL, AND SHERIFF HQ ON KEN NEUMEISTERS 200 ACRE WOODS- NEXT TO MOUNT MARK GIA-QUINTA( a staunch gladieux supporter..- OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB THEY HAVE WEAVED.- I and others caled that maplecrest FELONY FREEWAY- the bridge/road to no where, and its proving prophetic. or poetic? 
anyway- theres never any money until someon pulls it out of a magical slushg fund, or for some pie in the sky project- instead of taking care of the necessities- - heck of a way to run a govt?
andas for te UNIGOV COUNTY GOVT SCHEME REFERENCUM? WHY NO rREEFERENDUM?- "should growing, sharing, trafkcking of recreational marijuana between consenting adul;ts over 21 be decriminalized in ALLEN COUNTY- ?- FAT CHANCE OF EVER SEEING **THAT** on any ballot..

  James Keepinitreal Martz Who cares about Inmate suicides? I am all for them killing themselves. If they want to kill themselves let them.....it if their life. Less we have to pay to house them.

  Stephanie O'Rourke Polk James, most of those inmates are in there for something other than, murder, molestation, etc. that seems an extremely harsh view.

  David Legalize Marijuajuana Roach James Keepinitreal Martz- i would agree- there are some inmates that should do us all a favor- such as that dude that nearly killed that 80 yr old lady- bashed in her skull- blinded her, gave her brain damage; and generaly wrecked her happy life of old age..- The poster child of "voted most likly to be killed in prison, if he doesnt kill himself first. ditto for that dude that kiled his wife, and kids, then kidnapped and raped that young girl a few winters ago- simon rios.. ditto for the local "HACK-SAW/CANNIBAL KILLER"- ( we have been spared the gory details of that one)- Plumadore- - at least he sheriff Fries on the Nancy Grace show- she only televises the most gruesome heinous crimes - which FRIES NEARLY BOTCHED- THE DEAD GIRLS CORPSE WAS RIGHT IN THE SAME ROOM IN A FREEZER AS THE COPS SITTING ASKING QUESTIONS- ONE OF WHIC WAS EVIDENTLY NOT- MAY WE LOOK AROUND, MAYBE IN YOUR FREEZER FOR CLUES?- 
  as for others- well- theres plenty of mentaly ill;unstable; addicted; drunks; AND ESPEICLLY KIDS ARRESTED FOR THE FIRST TIME- WHO NEED TO BE KEPT SAFE, AND PROTECTED- AS THEY ARE NOT CRIMINALS- and have rights till convicted.. you know? so
  there are shades of gray to every issue, and its the nuances that need talked about...

  David Legalize Marijuajuana Roach which of course no one is hearing from the current or anointed sheriff /successor.. - because cops are notoriouslyt secretive, opaque, and wont disclose any information to the public or the press without a court order- and who has the money for that- such as basic jail data- statistics- whos in generically- for what, average head count- how many drunks? stoners? kilers?- atc-- because you cant trust career cops- which is why you need to have a civilian adminstrator "watching the watchers"..
