How to best address it: 
SMART ENFORCMENT- ALL LAWS RELATED TO MARIJUANA AND TRAFFICKING BETWEEN CONSENTING ADULTS WILL BE NULLIFIED, AND DUE TO  LIMITED RESOURCES; OTHER MORE IMPORTANT  LAWS WILL BE ENFORCED INSTEAD. MARIJUANA IS LEGAL IN 28 STATES AND 20 NATIONS, IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER; AND DRUG CRIMES HAVE GONE DOWN, TAXES HAVE GONE DOWN, AND PUBIC SAFETY HAS GONE UP
***If Right Wing "Constitutional Sheriffs"; and other  Ideologues can  decide that laws they dont like can be NULLIFYED- (  such as Federal Firearms control/safety laws; and  so on- from the PRESIDENT OBAMA ADMINISTRATION; AND OTHER DEMOCRATS- well-   then why isnt TURNAROUND FAIR PLAY BY NULLIFYING  LUNATIC FRINGE TEA PARTY CONSERVATIVE RIGHT WING NUTJOB LAWS AS WELL- SUCH AS THE FAILED WAR ON DRUGS;MARIJUANA PROHIBITION?**  Think about it. im not more crazy than them?

How to best address it:  I WAS A GUN RIGHTS ADVOCATE UNTIL THE SANDY HOOK MASS MURDER. I BELIEVE IN RESPONSIBLE STRICT GUN SAFETY; POSSESSION, AND ENFORCEMENT. . As much as i can- I will  stop all sales of Military grade firearms at all gun shows, and retail outlets. Buy Your guns on-line; or elsewhere; but not in Allen county-0 I will post Deputies at all entrances of gun sellersand shows; so no one who cannot buy a gunlegaly will be permitted entrance..(closing the "gun show loophole"; banning "assault weapons- nothing larger than a 22 rifle; 9MM pistol. Create "O.G,R,E"- a SHERIFF DEPT "Office of Gun Registration and Enforcement"- a "BMV" for  guns in Allen county- so no one who isnt allowed to legally own a gun will not do so under my watch. This will also enhance the return of stolen firearms. A "Sheriffs Militia" will also be formed for well training, and regulation of  gun owners.; and as a ready "Posse Comitatus" in times of disaster, or  other needs.
